Due to the nature of the product being made to customer requirements we do not offer a money back service should you no longer require the items after placing the order. We do however have a full money back guarantee on any units that are not to specification or as ordered online. If you would like to apply for a refund then use the Contact Us form to submit your claim. We will then process any refunds within 5 working days should the units be found to either be at fault or not as ordered specifation. Any units that need to be returned will be collected within 14 working days.
